Just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the work that Seritas has done for us and our client, Coors Brewing Company. We have been using the recruiting pipeline system that you designed for us since last September, and as of now, I think we have used and abused it about as much as we can without any problems.

The pipeline system has reduced our administrative burden very significantly. We are more efficient internally, and the Coors people are better informed and better managed in the recruiting process. Most importantly, we are using the pipeline system to improve our results. Our "customers", in this case the candidates that we are recruiting, have indicated that our use of the web-based pipeline system is something that they took note of in the recruiting process. During post-hire interviews, many of the new hires have stated that the pipeline system made Coors appear to be more professional, technologically up to date and timely in their responses.
